Job Description: The work entails demolition, clearing/grubbing and the movement and placement of over 500,000 cubic yards of soil forming an earthen rail spur dike.  In addition, the work includes the abandonment of current active county road 100 and the creation of wet lands and water-shed in the construction of the East Kansas Agri-Energy Association Spur Dike in Garnett, Kansas
